We are seeking caring, motivated, and resilient individuals to join our dedicated team as

Residential Support Workers

at our children's home for young people aged

7-17 years

with

emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)

and

mild to moderate Learning difficulties (LD)

.

As part of our therapeutic team, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment -- helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their potential.

What We're Looking For

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work shifts on a rolling rota, including weekends and sleep-ins A

full UK driving licence

(essential)

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

- full training will be provided

You'll be someone who can offer

therapeutic, person-centred care

and remain calm and consistent in challenging situations. You'll help young people feel valued, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
