Bright Path Care provides residential care for children based on a therapeutic approach. Our children may present emotional and social difficulties and some challenging behaviour at times. Working within a supportive therapeutic environment, you will be part of a team dedicated to caring for young people with compassion and a commitment to positive relationships.

Rota - 1 day on 2 days off

Sleep allowance in rate 50 per night

Responsibilities



Provide direct support to children and families, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each child's needs. Facilitate engaging activities that promote social interaction, learning, and personal development. Maintain clear and effective communication with children, families, and other professionals involved in care. Document progress and observations accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date. Drive to various locations as required, providing transport for children when necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support is provided.

Skills



Previous experience working with children is essential, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting children as needed. Strong childcare skills, with the ability to create a safe and stimulating environment. Familiarity with developing care plans that address individual requirements effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with children and families. Proficiency in IT skills to manage documentation and communicate effectively within the team. Pay: 30,000.00-35,449.79 per year
