Amber Green Care is opening a
brand-new children's residential home,
and we're looking for caring, motivatedSupport Workers
to join our team. You'll be working alongside anexperienced Responsible Manager
with a proven track record of achieving Good ratings with Ofsted - the perfect opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact.What you'll do:
Support children with daily routines, learning, and development. Deliver personalised care plans and provide emotional support. Engage children in fun, meaningful activities. Keep clear records and work closely with families and professionals. Drive to appointments and outings (full manual licence required).
What we're looking for:
Experience with children/young people (desirable but not essential). Strong communication & IT skills. Compassion, resilience, and a good sense of humour!
