We are looking for a Resource Planning Lead to join our team at Alderley Park. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business unit, where you will play a key role in managing and optimising our resource planning processes. You will be working on developing a workforce MI hub and develop workforce plans which will inform decision making by our senior leaders in COO. About the Role
Support the development of bringing together segmented workforce data in the form of a Workforce MI hub
Develop and implement resource planning strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their resource needs and provide solutions.
Monitor and analyse resource utilisation to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on resource planning activities.
Will lead on projects to remediate data inaccuracies in source systems for long term forecasting accuracy.
About You
Proven experience in resource planning or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in resource planning software and tools are not necessary but would be advantageous
A data driven person who utilises data to provide insights and inform decision making
Demonstrate advanced MS excel skills for efficient ways of working with 'big data'.
