At SIG, our people are what set us apart. We're now looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our HR team, delivering a high-quality, efficient, and proactive recruitment service across the UK.



This is a pivotal role in supporting our business to attract and hire the right talent. You'll combine hands-on recruitment delivery with the administration and coordination that underpins a smooth, compliant, and consistent hiring process. Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and candidates, you'll help to create a positive experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.



Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and levels Posting vacancies and managing responses through the ATS Screening candidates and where required arrange interviews/assessments Coordinating the administration of offers Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and GDPR alignment Supporting Hiring Managers with recruitment best practice Track and report recruitment activity against KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, agency usage, candidate satisfaction, diversity metrics Promote SIG's employer brand across external channels and social media. Support recruitment improvement projects and process enhancements.


We're looking for:

Previous experience in recruitment administration or delivery (in-house or agency) Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Proven experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and record-keeping A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to ability to build good relationships Understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance.
