Live-out position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations. Implement marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract new customers.

Requirements



Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
