Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized environment and maintain food safety systems
- Develop creative menus and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue
- Provide guidance and training to staff on food preparation techniques, customer interactions, and team management
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships efficiently
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and lead a team effectively
- Experience in bartending, food safety practices, and restaurant operations
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and a background in hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to supervise and coordinate various aspects of restaurant operations
