We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and culinary excellence.
Oversee food production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety regulations.
Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
