We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment Spice4U. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, particularly in an Indian restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring that all aspects of service, food preparation, and safety standards are upheld to create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations. Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate stock. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and organisation. Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales figures and staff productivity.

Qualifications

Proven two years of experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in supervising kitchen operations is advantageous. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
