We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive work environment. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Implement training programmes for new staff members in areas such as food production and bartending techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong background in culinary arts or food preparation is highly desirable. Experience in team management with the ability to lead by example and inspire others. Knowledge of bartending practices is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
