As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a high standard of food and beverage service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative drink and food pairings that enhance the guest experience. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor new staff members in hospitality best practices and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant area. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly. Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budgeting for bar operations.

Skills

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
