We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
Handle payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change or receipts
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly
Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related roles is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
Basic maths skills for handling transactions confidently
Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Experience or familiarity with food preparation, culinary practices, or kitchen operations is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
