As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring culinary standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide assistance as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 35 per week
