We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail/Salon Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Duties

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and administrative tasks. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. Proficient in administrative duties including stock management and financial reporting. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
