The Role
We are seeking a
Retrofit Coordinator
to support our team in delivering energy efficiency projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in the retrofit sector.. The successful candidate will provide support to the growing Retrofit team, ensuring smooth project operations and compliance with PAS 2035 regulations.Key Responsibilities
Complete retrofit coordination projects Maintain accurate project records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with PAS 2035. Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers to ensure smooth workflow. Support with quality assurance processes and reporting. Manage communication with funding bodies, clients, and contractors. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and document management. Coordination will be carried out using the ECO Surv system to lodge to Trustmark. Knowledge of PASHUB would be advantageous
Requirements
Strong administrative and organisational skills. Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, and retrofit coordination. Willingness to learn and develop in the role. Good communication and teamwork skills. IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
