Retrofit Coordinator - Permanent - Full Time Office Based

We are now looking for a knowledgeable and driven

Retrofit Coordinator

to join our team and ensure all retrofit works are designed and delivered in accordance with PAS 2035 standards.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main coordinator for retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and TrustMark requirements. Oversee the retrofit assessment, design, and installation process, liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers. Conduct Whole House Retrofit Plans, identifying suitable energy efficiency measures. Manage and update all relevant documentation and project records using retrofit software platforms (e.g. Elmhurst or CoreLogic). Ensure all measures are delivered safely, effectively, and provide maximum benefit to occupants. Carry out risk assessments and develop Medium-Term Improvement Plans (MTIPs) for properties. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to keep projects on track and in line with funding and compliance requirements. Monitor quality assurance and manage retrofit-related complaints and queries.

Essential Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination. Solid understanding of PAS 2035 framework and retrofit principles. Experience in housing, energy efficiency, or construction project management. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong IT skills and familiarity with retrofit software platforms.

Desirable

Experience working within ECO4, SHDF, or similar government-funded schemes. Knowledge of domestic energy assessments (e.g., DEA or Retrofit Assessor qualification). Understanding of ventilation, insulation, heating systems, and whole-home energy strategies.
