Overview:



We have a great opportunity for a Lead Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) & Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be working on the HIP contract for Aberdeenshire Council, along with other ongoing retrofit projects, overseeing the TLO team ensuring they develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during the refurbishment and maintenance works.

Responsibilities:



Maintain and develop all tenant related activities whilst establishing close working relationships with all customers, clients and external stakeholders (including site management and sub-contractors). Provide TLO staff with guidance required on current project processes. Ensure all duties are distributed to the TLO team, help develop any new and relevant processes. Host TLO team meeting and collate all relevant information to discuss with Retrofit Management. Attend operations meetings. Arrange and monitor community events to inform, engage, and support tenants during planned maintenance or improvement works in their homes or neighbourhood as per project spec. Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out and discuss programmed works and timescales. Participating in site and project team meetings when required. Monitor customer feedback and where issues arise, work with Retrofit Management to implement effective solutions. Monitor customer satisfaction. Maintenance and correlation of all files and documents connected with the contract. Regularly review programmes with management to identify potential issues.

Skills / Experience:



To be considered for this position applicants will have the following attributes:

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, to inspire and motivate team members and organise events and meetings. Able to adapt to changing requirements and organisational needs efficiently, adjusting plans when needed. Clear verbal and written communication with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. A good understanding of health and safety as well as risk assessments.

Requirement:



Full UK driving license.
The successful candidate will be provided with a commercial vehicle for business use.
