We have an opportunity for an Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team in Aberdeen.
The role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
Visit tenants prior to work starting to explain the process in detail
Arrange/identify any special requirements the tenant may need e.g. assistance packages
Point of contact for tenant enquiries during work
Handle low level customer complaints
Assist site manager in communicating any updates regarding ongoing work
Assist with access issues
Site visits during ongoing works
Filling, scanning, uploading and maintaining records of 7-day visits and complaints etc.
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys post work
Deliver O & M manuals to tenants
Remote working and flexibility with tenant's need's
Dropoff and collection of paperwork between the site office and main office
What we're looking for:
Previous experience of tenant liaison duties
Previous experience of the construction industry would be advantageous
IT Literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and databases
Good general level of education is required (including Maths and English)
