Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our team at a well-established Nursing Home located in
Cardiff (CF5)
. This is a
full-time permanent night position
, ideal for a nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring the wellbeing of residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care and support to residents
Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
Lead and support care staff during night shifts
Ensure a safe, caring, and person-centred environment
Comply with all regulatory and clinical standards
