We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN)
to join our friendly care team in a well-established care home based inFiley (YO14)
. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing and personal care. Develop and implement individualised care plans. Administer medication safely and accurately. Promote residents' dignity, choice, and independence. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.

Valid
NMC PIN
(RGN) - essential*Previous experience in elderly or residential care preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and professional approach to care
