An exciting opportunity exists for the right candidates to work with us as an RGN, in our luxury Nursing Home, at Bramshott Grange in Liphook, Hampshire.

The home has a capacity for 67 Ladies and Gentlemen and offers the very best care and service for older people. The successful candidate must be a qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD and have the passion, drive and enthusiasm to assist in leading a team that will share the same values and principles. We are looking to hear from an RGN, who preferably has previous experience of working with the older person in any environment and is looking for a new opportunity.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse include:

To provide the highest standards of person-centred care to the ladies and gentlemen living in the home.

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the ongoing care needs of the ladies and gentlemen.

To ensure that the highest standards of medication management are adhered to at all times and in accordance with legislation.

Make clinical recommendations

To assist and lead the team of staff and manage resources when required

To take a lead role in dealing with any emergencies

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Requirements of Registered Nurse

You will be required to hold a current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)

2 Years' experience in a care home setting would be preferable but not essential.
