We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community healthcare team for NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing individual needs, and supporting patients through their recovery process.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and managing treatment plans.
Assess patient conditions accurately and document findings thoroughly to inform ongoing care strategies.
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients at all times, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient conditions, providing immediate support as required.
Skills
Must have 1 year NHS experience. Overseas staff will not get any update.
Proven experience in patient care with a compassionate approach towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
