Role Overview

As a

Staff Nurse

, you will provide

high-quality, person-centred nursing care

to residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the delivery of safe and effective clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate

skilled nursing care

in line with NMC standards. Administer and oversee

safe medication management

. Create, review, and update

care plans and risk assessments

.

Support, supervise, and mentor care staff

, promoting best practice. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals. Uphold CQC compliance and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Current

NMC Registration (RGN/RMN)

. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Strong clinical knowledge with a focus on person-centred care. Experience in elderly, dementia, or mental health care (desirable).

Right to work in the UK (NO sponsorship available).
