Here at Britannia Security & Maintenance, we are a well-established Fast paced Roller shutter door & security company (Running for over 30 years) specializing in the manufacture, repair, and installation of roller shutters, security doors, and grilles. Our teams cover the UK and provide a leading service to our wide customer base.
We require a Full-time Sales Administrator who is keen to help Britannia continue to grow and become a market leader in the security field. Experience within the Roller Shutter / Industrial Door industry is preferable but not a requirement.
We are looking for a candidate who is keen to be in a customer-facing role helping bring in new business while managing day to day scheduling, jobs etc:
Answer and deal with customers on a daily basis over the phone and email
Assist customers with sales queries i.e pricing, job updates, quotations, invoicing
Processing and manage sale orders on ebay, email and Shopify
Distributing orders to the warehouse and getting jobs signed off
Responding to customers orders and emails
Ordering stock
Arranging transport for deliveries
Processing claims for any damaged deliveries
Tracking deliveries to make sure they have arrived
Liaising with customers and engineers to book jobs in
Chasing up any delayed deliveries
Chasing quotes and cash
Picking and packing small orders
Typing and sending service reports
General admin work
Assisting sales team with customer accounts
Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office and be able to pick up new software used in the office such as job tracking software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000.00-28,000.00 per year
