Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Great Britain. The Estimator will play a crucial role in assessing project costs and preparing accurate estimates to support our company's commitment to excellence. This position is based in Great Britain and offers an opportunity to contribute to high-profile roofing projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze project plans and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine project scope and requirements. Prepare comprehensive bids and proposals for roofing projects. Monitor project costs throughout the execution phase to ensure budget adherence. Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data. Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and related documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role within the roofing or construction industry. Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office suite. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to roofing projects. A valid driver's license is preferred. Pay: 25,000.00-450,000.00 per year
