Finial Roofing are seeking an experienced and reliable Roofing Foreman/ Team Leader to supervise and lead a team of roofers on residential and commercial roofing projects. They will be joining a family-run roofing company with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and a people-first approach. The

Roofing

Foreman / Team Leader

will oversee the day-to-day running of the roofing projects. They will lead a team of 5-6 roofers, ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, and maintain a safe, efficient environment. They will work closely with the Director, with the flexibility to contribute ideas, share best practices, and help shape how we grow.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations across roofing projects on job sites Lead, motivate, and support a team of 5-6 roofers and monitor progress. Work closely with the Director to deliver successful outcomes Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Read and work from plans effectively. Coordinate materials, schedules, and resource Maintain clear communication with clients, management, and team members Perform hands-on roofing work, including installation, repairs and maintenance Contribute new ideas and improvements to working practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years' roofing experience, including leadership or supervisory roles Experience running teams preferred (not essential). Health and safety knowledge and on-site experience, strong understanding workplace practices (OSHA knowledge preferred) Ability to read and interpret plans work orders Strong leadership, excellent communication, and organisational skills. Personable and adaptable across both domestic and commercial projects Full UK driving licence with own vehicle (travel within 1-hour radius required).
