Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven

Roofing Supervisor

with a solid background in both pitched and flat roofing to oversee projects in and around the M25 Area. This is a key position that requires technical roofing expertise, strong on-site leadership, and a proactive approach to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate roofing teams across various sites, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and on schedule. Oversee both

pitched and flat roofing installations

, ensuring correct techniques, materials, and details are implemented. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance. Liaise with clients, site teams, and suppliers to manage logistics and resolve any on-site issues efficiently. Maintain accurate site documentation and report daily progress to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in both pitched and flat roofing systems

is essential. Strong understanding of modern roofing methods, materials, and health & safety practices. Previous supervisory experience within a roofing or construction environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Valid

CSCS card

and

UK driving licence

are required.
