Roofing Supervisor

John Flowers has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a roofing supervisor. The role will consist of organise a team of roof operatives coordinating workloads, ordering and supplying materials for various developments within the North East. The candidate will report directly to the construction manager and contracts managers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a combination of qualities including:

Roofing experience (required)

CSCS Card (required) SSSTS Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (preferred) Full, clean driving license Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Friendly and professional manner, with good presentational, organisational and people management skills Competence in using computer software, specifically Microsoft Office Have strong attention to detail

Key Requirements:

The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of being a pitched roofing supervisor, include:

Experience working as a roofing supervisor Carry out roof inspections Supervise all roofing related activities Level 3 NVQ (must have valid CSCS cards) Must have roofing experience and have excellent communication skills Based commutable distance to Washington, Tyne & Wear Full UK Driving License and willing to travel to projects as required
