Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Previous hotel experience and a passion for hospitality are highly desirable. Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Ensure all public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms are kept tidy and presentable Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages as required Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when interacting with guests or handling their belongings Adhere to organisational standards for cleanliness, presentation, and confidentiality

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently A positive attitude with good communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as required
