Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating leads, managing property visits, and nurturing relationships with prospective customers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on engaging with clients and delivering tailored marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential customers for ECO4 energy-efficient solutions through strategic marketing campaigns, online channels, and networking. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at raising awareness about the ECO4 scheme. Build and maintain a robust database of leads for follow-up and conversion.

Property Visits:

Conduct site visits to assess property suitability for ECO4 upgrades, explaining the benefits and potential savings to homeowners. Collect property information, conduct initial surveys, and provide feedback to the technical team for assessments. Address customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience during site visits.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute localized campaigns to create interest in the company's energy solutions. Distribute promotional materials, participate in community outreach programs, and represent the company at events.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly follow up with leads to convert interest into successful projects.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives, including lead conversion rates and campaign ROI. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to refine strategies and offerings.

Qualifications



Strong marketing and communication skills Experience with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress Familiarity with Google Ads and social media management Excellent analysis and copywriting abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Fluent in English with effective IT skills
