We are seeking a full-time Account Coordinator based at our headquarters in Dyrham, SN14 8HZ. This position requires daily on-site attendance, and

remote work is not an option.

We partner closely with cheesemakers and artisan food producers to offer an extensive range of traditionally made cheese, charcuterie, crackers, condiments, chocolates, and fine foods sourced from across the UK and around the world.

Our dedicated team of Account Managers promote these exceptional artisan products to our retail customers and partners, both on the road and from the office. To support their efforts, we are looking for an Account Coordinator to maintain and enhance our outstanding customer relationships and assist in promoting our products.

Role Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-based sales support for both internal and external stakeholders. Assist our on-the-road sales team in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing sales orders and enquiries, managing inbound calls, handling credits, and setting up new accounts. Provide suggestions for alternative products and introduce exciting new items. This is not your typical desk job!

Prerequisite Skill Set:

Previous experience in sales account administration is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, database systems). A strong interest in the food industry is essential. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

Additional Information:

All applicants must have the right to work in the UK throughout the duration of the contract- sponsorship is not an option. Please note that our location is not easily accessible via public transport, but we offer free on-site parking.
