What you'll do:
Provide administrative support across all B2B and B2C sales channels
Process sales orders and assist with B2B customer queries
Maintain and grow customer accounts and relationships in the UK and overseas
Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks and projects
Potential to travel for trade shows and visits to international partners
What we're looking for:
Good academic track record - recent graduates welcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident phone manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn our ERP system
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to develop new skills
Some prior sales experience advantageous
