We're looking for a proactive, organised

Sales & Admin Coordinator

to join the creative headquarters of our design house in Wimbledon, South-West London. In this varied role, you'll be a key part of our sales support team, helping to manage customer queries, process orders, and keep our operations running smoothly.

Our bright, fun and innovative collections range from 3D greetings cards to trend-driven accessories, luxury interiors and international art brands.

What you'll do:



Provide administrative support across all B2B and B2C sales channels Process sales orders and assist with B2B customer queries Maintain and grow customer accounts and relationships in the UK and overseas Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks and projects Potential to travel for trade shows and visits to international partners

What we're looking for:



Good academic track record - recent graduates welcome Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident phone manner Strong attention to detail and ability to learn our ERP system Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to develop new skills Some prior sales experience advantageous
