Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries
Assisting with sales and following up quotes
Learning to prepare quotations and job pricing
General admin duties
Preparing delivery notes and job paperwork
Arranging deliveries with customers and coordinating logistics
Liaising with the factory and office team
Ordering and purchasing materials for jobs
What We're Looking For:
Confident and professional telephone manner
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Willing to learn and develop
Good IT / computer skills
Construction / Timber industry experience is preferred but not essential
