Daesang UK is a newly opened branch belonging to Daesang Europe B.V., which is the European subsidiary of Daesang Corporation. Daesang Corp. is a leading food company located in South Korea, specializing in consumer food products. Daesang Europe has goals to penetrate food industry (retail, food service, B2B) in the UK, as well as across Europe.
Daesang UK are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our London office. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team, with an initial focus on the administrative side of sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with an interest in sales to contribute to our dynamic team, while reporting directly to the Sales Manager (UK).
Some of the things you'll do:
Initially (administrative focus):
- Sales administration, including generating purchase orders (PO), pro forma invoices (PI), and commercial invoices (CI).
- Process order requests and prepare quotes for potential customers.
- Maintain and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Keep customers updated with relevant product and order information.
- Manage and update sales presentation materials, such as product catalogues.
- Support communication and reporting between the UK sales team, HQ in South Korea, and our office in the Netherlands.
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs.
As the role develops (sales coordination):
- Build and develop relationships with clients across the UK market.
- Coordinate activities between customers and internal teams to support sales execution.
- Assist with driving growth across mainstream retail, food service, B2B, and ethnic channels.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Other occasional job roles dependent on business requirements / demand.
What do we ask of you?
- Previous sales administrative experience - 1 year, (or a similar customer-facing support role) is preferred. Experience working with KPIs or sales targets would be advantageous.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced MS Excel + PowerPoint skills (essential).
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM software being advantageous.
- A proactive, flexible, and organised approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Xero is preferable.
- Valid right to work in the UK.

Salary:
Negotiable dependent on experience - bracket between 28,000 - 32,000.
