The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding global commercial logistics and CRM supplier, who are looking to recruit an autonomous and well-rounded Sales Administrator to join their vibrant Milton Park based team.
As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all of the administration for the team, dealing with sales enquires, handling and managing the CRM system and reporting, whilst also presenting these reports back to management and the team.
A smaller part of the role for the successful Sales Administrator, will be to handle both inbound and outbound customer service calls, so should be passionate about offering premium levels of service, to fit in with the reputation of our client's brand. A typical call would be to gain feedback on products or give estimated times on deliveries.
Although this is not a sales role, you will be an integral part of the sales process and liaising with clients from raising quotations to updating them regarding their orders.
