Our business is going through a pro-longed growth period, and we are seeking to recruit a experienced Sales Administrator to join our vibrant and pro-active team.
The Candidate
Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the incoming
Sales Administrator
will have responsibility for all elements of the customer experience from first point of contact, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, answering customer queries and all other elements of day-to-day customer and sales administration.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential
Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience
Strong customer communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word
Ability to deploy a customer-centric mindset to enhance experience for our customers
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
Desirable
Experience collaborating with technical/logistics/operational teams
Some knowledge of Chemical/Scientific/Life Science sector

Duties and Responsibilities
Dealing with general customer enquiries
Processing Orders from customers
Preparing Customer Quotes ensuring profit margin targets are met
Dealing with customer enquiries
Liaising with purchasing and operations to ensure on time delivery of customers' orders
Working as part of our tight knit team
