We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team at our site near Reading, Berkshire. You'll play an important role in supporting our sales team and the smooth running of the depot. Responsibilities
Coordinating the machinery demonstration calendar, liaising with Service Engineers to ensure machinery is ready.
Sales order processing, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Processing of warranty claims.
Assist in coordinating the logistics of vehicles including our hire lorry and inter-branch deliveries.
Liaise with customers and support the administration function for key customer accounts.
Highlight potential delays and work with the wider team to help find solutions to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
Support in the processing of timesheets.
The Ideal Candidate
Service industry experience is preferable, as is previous order processing experience.
A team player who can work well under pressure, organise workloads and maintain calmness during busy periods.
A great communicator with exceptional customer service skills.
Comfortable using a range of IT systems with a willingness to learn new systems.
Strong attention to detail, able to use your own initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
Has a hands-on approach and is willing to get involved in other, non-administrative tasks to support the team.
An interest in machinery or vehicles of some sort or practical experience with them would be an advantage,
Due to the location of our branch, it is important that you have your own transport.
