We are currently seeking to recruit a permanent part time sales consultant for our facility in Bury. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for sales and customer service. You should be confident and professional when dealing with customers and have the ability to build rapport easily. You must be computer literate, highly motivated, and have previous sales experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales

Answering incoming customer enquiries, face to face, via email or telephone Being responsible for the correct use of our in-house system to ensure customers records are accurately maintained and up to date. Following up enquiries and converting them into new customers Understanding and identifying customers needs to provide the best service possible. Assisting existing customers, processing payments and dealing with account queries. Delivering excellent customer service to all customers. Forklift driving

REQUIREMENTS

Forklift Licence (Disable - Full training will be given) You will be an excellent communicator, organised and computer literate. Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative. You will be a self-starter who works effectively without direct management. Experience of delivering great customer service in a sales environment. You will be able to take initiative and make decisions that are right for the customer. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
