Sales Administrator (Part Time)

This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting industry and become a valuable member of the Pyramid Motorcycle Accessories team.

We design aftermarket motorcycle accessories to improve the functionality and style of a huge range of motorcycles - with a product range dating back to the late 80's and distributed around the world.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking to add a

Sales Administrator who can join our experienced team and provide first-class customer service to our international customer base.

This role will involve:

Reporting to the Office Manager. Delivering first-class customer service - going the extra mile. Receiving and processing customer orders from multiple channels including website, email, telephone, live chat and face-to-face. Keeping customers informed about their orders and any shipment or delivery timescales involved. Handling customer queries from start to finish, being the customer's main point of contact for all matters and ensuring their experience is first class. Communicating directly with other areas of the business to ensure all orders leave in a timely manner and any special-order parts are noted. Periodically check the back-order list as Shipments Arrive to ensure that any special orders are processed as soon as possible. Up-selling and always looking to maximise sales. Building product knowledge and keeping up to date with the Motorcycle Market to better understand and anticipate customer demands.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong track record in Customer Service. Exceptional written and verbal skills. Team Player. Can-do attitude. Adaptability. A keen eye for detail. The ability to multitask. Pro-active. Passionate. Happy to take on additional hours during busy season/holiday cover.
Support and training will be provided for the right candidate.

Salary: 9,913 pa

Hours: 15 hours per week

Pay: 12.71ph
