Sales Administrator (part-time)

We are working with a leading employer based in Lisburn to recruit for a Sales Administrator on a part time basis, 20 hours per week Monday- Friday.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:



Processing customer orders using Navision

Updating and managing manufacturing and delivery schedules

Generating invoices and dispatch paperwork

Communicating with customers, transport providers, and internal teams

Monitoring and managing production and distribution timelines

Responding to daily customer enquiries

Completing administrative and documentation tasks accurately

Organising and maintaining filing systems and records

What you will need to have for the Sales Administrator role:



Previous sales administrative /Office experience dealing with customers,

Working to tight deadlines and proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office to include Excel

Experience in Navision is not essential but would be desirable
