What you will do:
Support the team:

Be the first point of contact:

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the sales team to help convert business.
Drive growth:
Use tools such as Monday.com, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to support outreach activity and help build strong client relationships.
Stay organised:
Manage meetings, keep the CRM up to date, and assist with preparing reports to track progress against goals.
Engage clients:
Follow up for reviews, build rapport, and support customer satisfaction from first interaction to project delivery.
What we are looking for:
Some experience:
Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office-based role.
Essential skills:
Confidence, strong communication and listening skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
