to join our friendly team. This is a key role within the business, acting as the first point of contact for our customers and supporting the sales process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries and organising quotes, processing orders and purchasing stock. As part of the role will be to help contribute to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, including preparing quotations and following up on leads.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
Liaise with suppliers to manage purchasing and stock levels.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order status.
Support account management by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Making sales calls to new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and upselling where appropriate - earn commission on all new customer sales.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administration role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or order processing systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively.
A proactive approach with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.15am until 2.45pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 19,500.00 per year
