We are currently looking for a Part-time Sales Administrator to join our family-owned dealership. About the Role:


As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our fast-paced administration department. Your responsibilities will include supporting our branch and ensuring compliance with all Group and legal requirements. Key duties encompass:Maintaining accurate vehicle records, including deal files. Referencing the Group vehicle admin policy to ensure adherence. Registering ancillaries such as warranties, service plans, roadside assistance, and gap insurance within agreed timescales. Processing deals through the system promptly and in accordance with Group and legal requirements. Accurately ordering vehicles in line with dealership guidelines. Managing and coordinating the distribution of documents within the Sales Department and with other departments. Processing invoices, paperwork, and customer details efficiently. Ordering, updating, checking, and recording all vehicle stock details. Promptly completing taxation for sold vehicles to support customer delivery handovers. Assisting with general ad hoc administration duties as needed.

What we're looking for in you:

Previous experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Computer literacy. Strong numeracy skills. Willingness to learn.
