Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Dolphin Motorhomes Sussex. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a keen eye for detail.

You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting the sales team with administrative tasks that keep our showroom running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Reception Duties



Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism including making drinks Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and showroom area Keep a track of brochures and price lists so they are current and in stock

Sales Administration



Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records in the DMS Prepare documentation for vehicle handovers and registrations Liaise with suppliers, finance companies, and internal departments Track stock levels and update vehicle listings

General Support



Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks Coordinate deliveries and collections Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
