We are seeking a mature, reliable individual to join our ever-growing team.
Previous experience in estate agency is not essential; however, the successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be computer literate, and have a friendly, professional personality.
The role is primarily general administration, supporting the sales department with tasks such as:
Chasing sales viewings
Arranging and coordinating property viewings
Assisting with day-to-day sales administration
You will also work closely with the valuer, helping to maintain administrative processes for new property instructions and existing stock.
Full training will be provided.
Essential Requirements:
Must be a driver with a clean, full UK driving licence
Must be confident driving a manual vehicle
(a company pool car will be provided for appointments)
Working Hours:
Week 1: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm (Wednesday off) and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
Week 2: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm
(Some flexibility may be available.)
