Our in-house brand HeatForm has been established in the UK swimming pool market for several years. Initially launched as an innovative, Insulted Panel-Pool System for in-ground and above-ground pools, we are now offering a range of other complimentary swimming-based products.

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator / Order Processor to join our team on a permanent, full time basis working Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator / Order Processor, you will provide effective administrative support to our sales operations across the UK.

Answer all in-coming phone calls from customers, directing calls to the relevant team member.

You will liaise with the Sales Team regarding any enquiries, process orders on our company IT system and liaise with our Logistics Team regarding customers' orders and deliveries.

Monitoring orders, you will create daily, weekly and monthly reports, correcting errors and communicating these with our Product, Operations, Service Support and Finance teams.

Additionally, you will chase customers for outstanding spare returns and provide general administrative support across the business when required.

About You

To be considered as a Sales Administrator / Order Processor, you will need:

Excellent administrative skills Customer service experience Strong IT skills
