Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook!
ProCook, the UK's leading kitchenware brand, is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors who share our passion for high-quality kitchen products. If you love cooking and want to help others find the right tools for their culinary adventures, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Come and join our team in our NEW store in Bromley! We have permanent contracts working 20hrs, 16hrs and 15hrs per week.
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, providing them with expert product knowledge and assisting them in selecting items that meet their needs. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and supporting the store's sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
• Provide detailed information about our diverse range of kitchenware.
• Support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Engage with customers to promote special offers and new products.
• Maintain the store's visual presentation and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about cooking and knowledgeable about kitchenware.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods.
