Role Overview:
As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. Your passion for cooking and kitchen products will shine as you assist customers in finding the right items for their culinary needs.
This is a part-time 12hrs/week role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on our product range to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilise your culinary passion to demonstrate products and promote their benefits.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure product displays are well-stocked and appealing.
• Process transactions efficiently and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the store's overall performance.

Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• A genuine passion for cooking and kitchenware.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to sales.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
