Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for customer service? ProCook is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Sales Advisor in our dynamic team in our Fleetwood Store! If you love kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing meals, we want you!
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will guide them to find the kitchen tools and products they need to enhance their cooking journey.
This is a permanent position - 10hrs/week.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance in their product selection.
• Utilise product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.
• Drive sales through engaging customer interactions and excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Support visual merchandising efforts and maintain attractive displays.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for cooking and kitchen products.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems.
