Sales Advisor
Location: Central London
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 DOE
Hours: The store is open Tuesday to Sunday, 40 hours per week, including Bank Holidays, with time off in lieu provided when needed.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly growing company in the heart of London, who are eager to welcome their next team member.
They are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for the cycling industry. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, highly detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering work to the highest standard.
Experience in a customer-facing role would be great, and prior technical or specialist experience, such as bike sizing or fitting, would definitely be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service at all times, delivering a helpful, friendly, and professional experience to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

Assess each customer's needs to ensure the correct fit and size of their bicycle.

Maintain and merchandise displays, ensuring products are presented neatly, accurately priced and all areas are clean and organised.

Use EPOS systems to process orders and assist with sales enquiries via phone, email, and in-store interactions.

Collaborate effectively with team members and management, communicating clearly and supporting a positive team environment.

Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to 500
